IPSEA - Independent Provider of Special Education Advice
IPSEA help children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) get the education they are entitled to by law through advice, training, extensive legal guides and resources and SEND Tribunal support.
IPSEA are the leading charity in the field of SEND law in England and help you to navigate the SEND system to secure the education your child is legally entitled to. IPSEA provide support through their extensive range of free legal guides, resources and template letters on their website, as well their advice line, call-in helpline and Tribunal helpline. IPSEA have a range of expert-led SEND law webinars which cover a wide range of topics from education, health and care (EHC) plans to exclusions and your rights as a parent or carer. As well as their legal guides and resources, IPSEA also provide training for parents and carers, parent groups and charities, SEN professionals and local authorities to increase their knowledge and understanding of the SEND legal framework.
